Sanders Pace Architecture has recently converted a downtown industrial warehouse into a new space which will be the home of three creative groups. Workshop tenants will share some amenities within the building including an enclosed exterior courtyard space. Sanders Pace Architecture will occupy one of the three spaces within the newly converted building.
